Please don't eat here. Ordered steak fajitas couldn't eat more than one. Bland and gross looking. We also got beef soft tacos that were soggy with too much grease. Had to use other tortillas to eat. Margaritas were weak. They took off our fajitas at my request, but charged us for guacamole we never got and a beef taco we didn't order. When I pointed out the error, they refused to correct the ticket. We left and paid just to be done. Very disappointing.

Food is always good, nothing spectacular but always good. Portions are generous to say the least! Best part of Tequilas is always the staff. I have never had a less than fantastic experience with the waitstaff. They also make a decent margarita, especially for the price!

They don't need your business and they act like it. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting on a server before we walked out. The view is nice but that's about it.

The food was really poor the hostess made us wait to be seated while she wiped down menus the server stayed on the phone arguing with someone while our plates sat in the window and got ice cold one was so cold we asked them to warm it up the left it in microwave so long the beans and rice were so dried out. I waited for my spouse to get food my enchiladas were so cold. I couldn't eat them. Even though waiter saw neither one of us ate our meals made no effort for compensation. We shouldn't have left him a tip but I still left a tip save your money and time. Try chavolos it was pretty good

Tequilas is AMAZING. If you want good, authentic Mexican food this is the place to be. Great staff, great food, great margaritas AND it's right next to the river. I don't understand how this place has less than 5 stars. It went down because people were upset that the food was too spicy or the service wasn't fast enough. We went to TWO Mexican restaurants before we found this one and we left those because they were fake Mexican American with terrible service. You can always tell it's a good Mexican restaurant when the building is made of stucco (that clay finished look) and has Mexican (or Hispanic) staff.
